1. Automatic Courier Updates
As long as your current mobile number is updated in your Roczen account, we will pass this information along to our courier partners. They will use this to send you text updates regarding your delivery slot and tracking information.
2. Adding Custom Delivery Notes
If you have a specific safe place, a preferred neighbour, or complex access instructions, you can add these directly through the courier after your order ships:
How: Open your tracking link or log into the Couriers App / Website.
What you can do: Input specific delivery notes, choose a safe place, or redirect the delivery if you won't be home.
