If you have been referred through the NHS or your pharmacy, an account has already been created for you. Please do not select “Take our test.” Instead, choose “Sign in” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign in

  • Start on the intro screen and tap "Sign in".

  • Enter your mobile number.

  • Enter your password.

  • You will be asked to verify your phone number by entering the 6-digit code we send you. Tap “Continue” once entered.

  • If the code is correct, you will be signed in.

Forgotten password?

  • If your account is linked to your mobile number but you can’t remember your password, tap “Sign in” on the intro screen and enter your mobile number.

  • When prompted for your password, tap “Forgot your password.”

  • Verify your number by entering the 6-digit code we send you.

  • Confirm your date of birth.

  • Create a new password when prompted.

  • Use your new password to sign in to the app.
