Referred by the NHS or a pharmacy?
If you've been referred by the NHS or pharmacy, or you already have received your medication from another provider, your account is already set up. There is absolutely nothing you need to pay, and there are no tests to take!
To get started, Download the Roczen App from either the Apple or Google app store and press sign. Follow these steps:
How to Sign In
Open the App: Tap "Sign in".
Enter Your Mobile Number: Input the mobile number associated with your referral.
Password: Enter your existing password, or select the option to create a new one.
Verification: You will receive a 6-digit verification code via text message. Enter this code into the app and tap "Continue".

Forgotten password?
If your account is linked to your mobile number but you canāt remember your password, tap āSign inā on the intro screen and enter your mobile number.
When prompted for your password, tap āForgot your password.ā
Verify your number by entering the 6-digit code we send you.
Confirm your date of birth.
Create a new password when prompted.
Use your new password to sign in to the app.
