Check your tracking: Head to the Courier App / Website or click the tracking link in your shipping SMS/email.
Book a redelivery or collect: You can instantly arrange for the courier to redeliver the next day, or see if your parcel is ready to be picked up from your local Customer Service Point (sorting office).
Bring photo ID: If you are collecting the parcel yourself, make sure to bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the prescription.
