Can I change my delivery address after an order is placed?

If your order hasn't shipped yet:

Please contact our customer support team at support.uk@roczen.com immediately. If your shipping label has not yet been printed, we can update the delivery address for you.

If your order has already shipped:

Once the courier has collected your parcel, we cannot change the address. However, you still have options via the courier:

  • Log into the Courier App / Website using your tracking number.

  • Select the option to Redirect the parcel to a neighbour, a designated safe place, or a local Customer Service Point for the courier.

⚠️ Important: To avoid delays with future orders, please make sure to update your delivery details with us before your next billing or prescription date.
