The Calorie Counter is a feature of the Roczen App that allows you to track your calorie intake.
It is designed to help you better understand your calorie intake versus a calculated target. However, using this feature is optional only and many patients may not need to use this.
If you would find tracking overall calorie intake helpful for your progress, here's how to setup the calorie counter in your app:
Setting a target
Navigate to the ‘Me’ section of the app and scroll down to the 'Calories' module
Tap ‘Set target’ to set your daily calorie target
Complete the questions to receive your suggested target calorie intake for weight loss, and adjust if necessary
Adding an entry
Once you have set a target, tap ‘Add entry’ to begin logging calories
Enter the amount of calories consumed, adjust the timing, and optionally select a category
Submit your entry
The ‘Calories’ module will now update with your remaining calories for the day
