Measuring the success and effectiveness of our programmes is a key part of the approach and ethos to employee care.

We keep clients updated regularly on their employees progress, presenting anonymised outcomes and will provide you with comprehensive insights into the impact on employee health and wellness.

We use a combination of metrics in the delivery of clinical care, including but not limited to; tracking changes in key health indicators such as weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels; monitoring participation rates, and programmes engagement metrics alongside health questionnaires every 3 months.

These extra data allow our clinical team to ensure we are providing effective care and to be able to adapt to individual needs.
