We take complaints from our patients seriously. If you encountered an issue with the app or would like to report inappropriate behaviours/comments from your clinician:
Within the Clinician channel, tap on the “i” icon on the top right
Tap on “Report an issue”
Email your concerns to support.uk@roczen.com
Our team will be in touch with you for further assistance
Note: All communications within the channel you lodged the complaint from will be paused until we resolve the issue with you.
