It typically takes 1-2 days for our laboratory partner to process the blood test sample that you returned. Our clinician will get in touch with you via the Roczen app to discuss test results.

Please contact our team at support.uk@roczen.com if you have not heard from your clinician about your blood test results 3 days after returning your sample in the post.

So we can investigate the whereabouts of your sample, please remember to take note of the tracking number (at the front of the return postage bag) before you drop the kit containing your blood sample into the post box.
