HbA1c stands for glycated haemoglobin - this is something your body produces when sugar (glucose) in your body sticks to your red blood cells. It is an important health marker.

At Roczen, we measure your HbA1c level at the start of your programme. If you are living with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes, we require a repeat of your HbA1c test every 3 months for monitoring purposes.

We would typically send you a blood test kit after you have had your first consultation with our clinicians.
