Our patients' safety is our top priority and we want to ensure that those who are onboarded on our programmes are those who can truly benefit from them.

Permanent - There are some circumstances which will mean that, unfortunately, our current programmes are not suitable or safe for you. The reason for this should be explained in your health report (if you are deemed ineligible at this stage) or by the clinician, if you progressed through to the App or consultation. If you still want help with your metabolic health, we recommend that you contact your general practitioner or family doctor for a review and further assessment.

Temporary - There are some circumstances which will mean that, unfortunately, our current programmes are temporarily not suitable or safe for you. The reason for this should be explained in your health report (if you are deemed ineligible at this stage) or by the clinician, if you progressed through to the App or consultation. After the appropriate time has passed, you may re-apply to join one of our Roczen programmes. Alternatively, our clinician may have set a follow-up date to contact you. If you want help with your metabolic health sooner than we can offer, we recommend that you contact your general practitioner or family doctor for a review and further assessment.
