Why do we ask to verify your mobile phone number and email address?

We do this for a few reasons:

  • We want to ensure that everyone we care for is a real person (prevents bots and spam).

  • The verification process can help spot mobile phone numbers and email typos early on.

  • A verified phone number means that we can contact you regarding any important updates, issues, or service announcements.

Verifying your mobile phone number

If you didn’t receive your SMS verification code, please make sure you have entered the correct mobile phone number.

If you entered your mobile number incorrectly, go back into the Roczen mobile application to update it and request a new code

If you entered your number correctly and still have not received your verification code, please email us at support.uk@roczen.com.

Verifying your email address

If you didn’t receive your 4-digit verification code in your email inbox, please make sure you check your spam/junk folders first.

If you can’t locate the verification email, check that you have entered the correct email address when creating your account.

If you entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us at support.uk@roczen.com to have it rectified on our system.
