Launch the Roczen app
Tap on “Sign in”
Enter your mobile number then tap “next”
Tap “Forgot your password?”
Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile and tap “next”
Enter the date of birth provided during registration
Then create your new password
After creating your password you will need to log in again including entering a further verification code.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
