Before you can use the app and benefit from one of our life changing programmes you must first sign up. You can begin this process by taking our online test.
1. Take our test
Follow the link here to take our test and see if you are eligible for the Roczen Core programme.
Alternatively follow the link here to take our test and see if you are eligible for Roczen Plus, our medication supported weight loss programme.
Complete either test by answering the questions to the best of your ability.
The test should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
2. Get your results
Enter your first name, last name and email address and tap Submit to view your results and continue the sign up process.
Tap Join now once you have read your results.
3. Create an account
View your order and Continue.
Finish creating your account by entering your phone number, date of birth and select a password.
Agree to our Consent to Treatment policy and tap Continue.
4. Finalise your details
Verify your phone number by entering the 6-digit code that we send to your device.
Finally, enter your shipping details as well as your billing details and tap Confirm Purchase.
