Whilst on one of our Roczen programmes it is important to keep track of your progress by submitting measurements regularly.
You can submit measurements for:
Weight
Waist
Blood pressure
HbA1c
Blood glucose
Mood
Calories
How to submit a measurement
Go to the Me page and select the Overview tab.
Scroll down to the Measurements section and tap Add entry on the desired measurement.
Enter your reading, the time, and the date. You can also select your preferred units.
Tap Save, then Yes, submit to confirm.
Viewing progress and past entries
In order to view the progress you’ve been making you can view a list of the past entries you’ve entered into the app.
Whilst on the Me tab, locate the module for the measurement you’re interested in and tap the module header to view a full list of all past entries.
Blood Pressure
A blood pressure measurement is made up of two parts: Systolic & Diastolic. Make sure you submit both.
Mood
Use the slider to indicate how you are feeling. You also have the option to add a note for more context.
Calories
Before being able to add calorie entries to the app you need to first set a calorie target. You can begin to do this by navigating to the calorie module on the Me Page and tapping Set target.
Follow the steps to add your current weight, your activity level and confirm or edit your calorie target.
Once your target has been set you can add your first entry.
You should add an entry for each individual item of food/drink or a whole meal. As well as the calorie intake, date and time you can also add a category to each entry.
