Rescheduling an Appointment
To reschedule an Appointment:
Navigate to the Appointment card, which will be on the Home page and under the tab Appointments.
Tap the card.
Tap Manage then Schedule appointment.
Adjust time and date based on your preference.
Review and confirm your Appointment details and once happy tap Confirm.
Cancelling an Appointment
To cancel an Appointment:
Navigate to the Appointment card, which will be on the Home page and under the tab Appointments.
Tap the card.
Tap Manage then Cancel appointment.
Select a reason for cancelling.
Confirm that you would like to cancel the appointment.
