Rescheduling an Appointment

To reschedule an Appointment:

  • Navigate to the Appointment card, which will be on the Home page and under the tab Appointments.

  • Tap the card.

  • Tap Manage then Schedule appointment.

  • Adjust time and date based on your preference.

  • Review and confirm your Appointment details and once happy tap Confirm.

Cancelling an Appointment

To cancel an Appointment:

  • Navigate to the Appointment card, which will be on the Home page and under the tab Appointments.

  • Tap the card.

  • Tap Manage then Cancel appointment.

  • Select a reason for cancelling.

  • Confirm that you would like to cancel the appointment.
