You can find the conversation channel with your clinician on the Home page, under the Conversations tab. You may also see the 'My group' conversation here.
To open the conversation simply tap it.
Channel info
You can find some basic information about the conversation channel in the Channel info section including your clinicians name, how long the channel has been open, the status of the channel and some links to get support. To find this:
Open the conversation.
Tap the ℹ️ icon in the top right corner.
Clinician conversation hours
Our clinicians are online between 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
However, you can send messages to the conversation any time and clinicians will respond the next working day.
If you have an emergency medical problem please call NHS111 or contact your GP.
